Confirm your order with a 50% deposit using secure PayPal checkout with your account or any major credit card

Review Your Design
Unlike most other saillofts we will provide you with the sail design before producing it, going into as much or as little detail as you require during this consult.

Approve Your Completed Sails
Once your sail is ready we will send you a video of the sail with the key measurements to approve before you pay us the 50% balance
06.
Get The Sails Delivered To Your Door
We will send the sails via Fedex, TNT or DHL and handle the import procedure on your behalf for a trouble free delivery direct your door or boat.

Our production lead time is 4-6 weeks and shipping is 4-5 working days.
They are built in our own state of the art loft in China, Unlike most other online sailmakers we actually own and oversee our own production loft rather than simply outsourcing the work. In this loft we also manufacture for other North American, European and Australasian Sailmakers.
Absolutely nothing, we will charge you the local VAT/GST and the delivery charge for your destination when you order the sail and then the shipment will just arrive to you as a local delivery while we handle all the import procedures on your behalf.
We do all of our Payments via Paypal (if you don't have a Paypal account you can still use any major credit card checking out as a guest) we will ask a 50% deposit on order confirmation and the balance upon your viewing a video of the completed sail.
We will send you simple to use measuring forms which we will compare to our rig database to ensure they are accurate and that the sails will fit. If there are any measurement issues we will flag them at this stage.
We offer a 100% fit guarantee so if for what ever reason your sail doesn't fit we will remake your sail free of charge. We also offer a full 2 year warranty - As we manufacture for many local lofts we can normally find a partner to undertake the work in your region, if not we will source one and pay for any repairs locally.
